Andy Weir, Managing Director
Our MD would say that he makes far too many cups of tea for an MD, but having grown up through the account management ranks at a handful of agencies, he knows only too well that if you wait for a designer to stick the kettle on you will go very thirsty! One time DJ and house music fanatic, Andy has managed key accounts such as HSBC and First Direct, developed brands for Thomas Cook, created campaigns for SITA and even launched a BBC Children’s TV show with Gary Lineker.
Bew Knox, Creative Partner
It’s fair to say that our resident Geordie has been around the block a bit. A long suffering Newcastle United fan and award winning creative with 15 years’ experience gained at agencies in London, Leeds, Sheffield and the North East. His advertising background means that he’s worked his conceptual magic for some of the world’s best known brands including SEGA, Merrill Lynch, Hasbro and Activision. His track record spans a huge range of sectors from the entertainment industry right through to central government departments.
Yvette Nuttall, Creative Partner
Soon approaching her 18th birthday (in the industry), Yvette is an award-winning creative and self-professed rock-chick who loves all things design oriented. She’s had the pleasure of working with global entertainment brands such as Disney and Sony PlayStation… and even added some sparkle to the BAFTAs too. Yvette has experience in a broad range of sectors including the Video Games Industry, FMCG and Health and Education. She is equally comfortable with developing International Campaigns as she is with smaller brands and niche projects.
Jemma Revell, Client Services Partner
Jemma looks after the most important people here at We Are; our clients. We don’t know whether it’s her enthusiasm for marketing or her passion for delivering the very best service, that means our clients love her so much, (we would like to think it’s nothing to do with the blueberry muffins she often takes along to meetings!) Fascinated by brands from an early age, Jemma has over 10 years’ experience working both client and agency side, working with leading brands including Stanley Tools, Vileda and Ford.
Oliver Brown, Designer
If he’s not designing awesome websites and printed stuff, you’ll find Oliver at a gig or in his homeland of Doncaster cheering on the mighty Donny Rovers. His time in the industry has seen him produce knock-out creative for people like games giant, Activision, The Department of Health and Island Records.
Jordon Handley, Account Manager
Cambridge born Jordon likes nothing better than snowboarding and enjoying real ale. Not at the same time obviously, he would spill his pint. His superstar account management skills have been tried and tested by loads of famous brands including HSBC, Oxfam and AXA.
