The brief? Actually, it was more like a bunch of different briefs with some big objectives. Namely:
1) Attract brilliant people to work for the UK’s leading price-comparison website. 2) Retain its existing employees. 3) Encourage more direct applications. 4) Reduce the fees paid to recruitment agencies.
Despite all that was demanded of it, our solution was remarkably uncomplicated. Reflecting the
people-dependent nature of the company, our You’re The Business campaign employed a variety
of media, and was cohesive, bold and – above all – popular.
